Sensa’s Dual Integrity systems provide fire detection and monitoring in light and heavy rail applications. The reliable detection systems are ideally suited to the harsh environments of rail tunnels. Uniquely offered by Sensa are long range, high speed detection solutions.
Sensa’s Dual Integrity Fire Detection systems also provide comprehensive fire detection throughout the large infrastructure typical of underground rail stations. Fiber optic sensors are deployed in the many locations where a fire may take hold such as cable ducts, ceiling voids and escalators.
The flexible control panels offered by Sensa ensure a variety of redundant architectures to be available, ensuring the reliable activation of extinguishing systems.
The system provides added value by providing continuous monitoring providing ongoing data, which is used to control tunnel ventilation systems.
Optionally Sensa can provide solutions to monitor the temperatures to which the tunnel / building structure may be exposed to during a critical event. This information is essential for rescue services and for post event structural analysis.
